  • All returns submitted for RV parts and accessories that are purchased from rvleaders.com (shop.rvleaders.com) will be processed on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday as time permits. If you have any questions or need to expedite your return, please call 724-523-0405 EXT 214 and leave a voicemail with your name, order information, and contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • All return orders could be subjected to a 10% restocking fee based on the condition the product is returned to us.

  • We are committed 100% to bringing you authentic RV parts and accessories. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any RV part or accessory to us within 60 days from your date of order, provided that the product(s) is in its original packaging and condition. In the off-event that your order is damaged during shipping, please call or text us at 724-523-0405 in order to solve this issue.

  • RV parts or accessories damaged due to improper installation or abuse by the customer is not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses that were caused.

  • Vehicle Warranty: When ordering RV parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer's warranty, it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts or accessories. If you are not sure, please contact us before ordering. We cannot accept return requests for parts or accessories due to vehicle warranty issues.

  • Warranty Parts: Please refer to the warranty documentation shipped with the product’s packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts or accessories that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer.
